INTRODUCTION

CADnet was established in January 2001 by Steve Zimmerman. CADnet provides a remote BIM/CAD production facility for the architectural and interior design market.

Steve Zimmerman

 

A Senior Architectural Technician with over 35 years experience, working on all types of buildings from housing to large scale commercial projects in the UK and Australia.  Extensive experience in both Revit  and AutoCAD.

 

Since the early 80’s I have been involved in the building and construction industry providing technical, management and hands on services. 

  • Prior to 2001, I had 16 years experience in the UK, where I was an Associate Director at DEGW.
  • In 2001, I returned to Australia where I have been working since in producing drawings with Autocad software and in more recent years has become very experienced in the use of Revit software. Providing high quality documentation services to a large client base of Australian and UK Architects and Interior Designers over a wide and varied range of projects. I have produced literally hundreds of millions of dollars worth of construction documentation.

  • Due to the amount of experience, both here and in the UK market our knowledge of innovative design, material, building and construction methods is of the highest standard.

Will Beilharz

 

A Graduate Architect/Senior Architectural Technician with 8 years experience.

 

 

William holds a Masters of Architecture and a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Western Australia. After graduating in 2009 William has worked as Architectural Technician on all manner of projects. Over the past six years William has built a strong knowledge of the documentation process and added considerably to his technical construction knowledge. This experience and knowledge, in combination with his design capabilities and architectural training has made him a highly valuable team member.

 

William has worked on all types of buildings including domestic housing, small and large scale commercial, industrial, educational, retail fit out, mining camps, multi-residential and mixed use developments. William has a high level of experience in Revit and AutoCAD programmes as well as Adobe and Office suites.
